Housing and real estate development is crucial to a nation's progress. It serves as a key indicator at the macro level, reflecting the national economic structure; at the micro level, impacting the construction and service industries; and at the household level, influencing quality of life. However, such development requires a multidisciplinary approach, encompassing planning, design, law, project management, finance, marketing, construction, post-construction management, and environmental management. Therefore, the Master of Housing Development program is dedicated to cultivating specialized knowledge and producing graduates equipped with the skills necessary for effective housing and real estate development.
Concepts of Sustainable Development and Value Chain: Real estate project development that prioritize value creation for stakeholders and emphasizing sustainable development. • Real Estate Development Process: A comprehensive understanding of the real estate development process, from pre-construction to post-construction. • Multidisciplinary: Learn from a wide range of disciplines including design, planning, economics, finance, law, marketing, construction management, environmental and community management, and facility management • Our program offers a rich learning experience through case studies and field trips to both domestic and international projects. Students will benefit from a diverse group of instructors, including distinguished faculty and industry experts from government agencies, private sectors, as well as leading real estate development companies.
Course Structure
The program requires a total of 36 credits (2-year program). divided into: 12 credits of required courses, 12 credits of elective courses, and 12 credits of thesis.
Admissions
The academic year consists of two semesters: January and August. The application deadlines for admissions are as follows:
